I don't believe his name was ever mentioned throughout the entire movie.

Nope. they Just call him the beast. (and later;The Prince )
Fairly sure he doesnt have a name. He is just an arrogant Prince who becoms 'Beast'
He isn't given a name in the movie, but the Disney Encyclopedia calls him Prince Adam.
