and about the characteristics of Belle the main character? Can anyone tell me about the morals in the disney film beauty and the beast?
morals (good ones, obviously):
being open minded (not judging a book by its cover)
Forgiveness
kindness (belle helps the residents of the house; she is kind to her neighbors)
sacrifice (belle sacrifices her freedom for her father; beast risks his life for her)
being loyal to one's family (belle tends to her father and breaks a promise in order to protect him)
BELLE: belle is the prime example of a compassionate person. She sacrifices herself to save her father and stays with beast even though she could have left. she learns to love him because of his character and not his appearance, even though Gaston is a ';handsome'; man, she chooses the good ';man'; over him, and changes beast back without even knowing the consequences of it (good ones though)
hope that helpsCan anyone tell me about the morals in the disney film beauty and the beast?
ok what the movie is trying to tell us is that beauty comes from the inside out. their saying even though he is a monster, he still has a good heart. belle is a loving person who loves to read. she loves a good adventure and is a good person.
The moral is obvious, outer appearance is not nearly as important as inner beauty. Gastan was a handsome man, with a horrible personality, and the beast was frightening and ugly but was full of goodness. Belle was beautiful on the inside and out - smart (unusual for her time period) and curious ';for a woman';. Who did belle fall in love with? The Beast, because he was the better person. If you need me to further my explanation, e-mail me : xflea13x@yahoo.com Hope this helped though.
All these answers are good and all, but why did she wait to marry him until he turned back into a dashing and gorgeous prince?
that what is inside counts not the outside. It teaches you to love someone for who they are not judge them for what they look like.
Love no matter what a person looks like on the outside. Help a person no matter their appearance.
Look at a person with your heart and not your eyes.
