I am having a little dispute with a friend of mine.....He says that the prince has a name in that - I say that he was only called ';beast/prince/master'; in the movie. If anyone can prove me right (or wrong) I would really appreciate it!

The movie never says the name of the prince. He's just ';Beast'; or ';Master.'; Even the servants called him ';Master.';
He was only referred to as the Prince or Beast.
Wikipedia, Imbd, both refer to him only as the Prince or the Beast

Pretty much think it was always 'Beast' or 'Prince', ect. I dont think they ever mentioned an actual name. IMDB just calls him Beast.
They never mentioned a name on the movie you rule your friend doesn't
